Amirreza Ghasemi

Amirreza Ghasemi holds a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia. His research interests are smart grids, renewable energies, blockchain and machine learning. He is interested in the application of smart contracts in the implementation of a trading energy platform. Additionally, He is interested in the application of blockchain in electric vehicles, microgrids, and distributed energy resources. The topic of his MASc thesis is about the applications of blockchain and machine learning in the smart grids and clean energy, under the supervision of Professor Juri Jatskevich.

Amirreza is a software engineer with over 3 years of experience in machine learning projects and 2 years in blockchain and web development. Interested in startups and innovation.
