Dr. Chang Lu is an Assistant Professor in Strategic Management at the University of Fraser Valley. He received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organization from the School of Business, at the University of Alberta. Before joining the University of Fraser Valley, he was a postdoc research fellow at Blockchain@UBC, studying blockchain adoption in healthcare from a management perspective. Also, he was the cluster manager of Blockchain@UBC, managing research projects, education programs, and industry partnerships. He has published several articles and book chapters on innovation adoption, change management and blockchain implementation in healthcare. 

Currently, he holds an adjunct and sessional appointment at Blockchain@UBC, facilitating the delivery of education and research programs, especially related to the blockchain summer institute.
