Postdoctoral Researcher

Dr Ibrahim Tariq is working as a research fellow at Blockhain@UBC. Before taking this role, he worked as an Associate Professor at Bahria University. He also obtained a postdoctoral fellowship co-sponsored by the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie program and Science Foundation Ireland through Lero– the Irish Software Research Centre. He received his PhD degree in computer science from Institut Mines-Telecom, Telecom SudParis. He has been able to publish his research in top-tier journals and conferences. His research interests include blockchain technology, Web3.0, decentralized applications, privacy, identity & trust management.
