Jarrett is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, bringing over a decade of management experience in the luxury hotel industry, including his most recent role at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2006, he founded a real estate investment company, which he continues to own and operate.

In 2017, Jarrett began investing in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, which ignited his journey into Web3. Today, he shares his expertise by teaching and speaking on NFTs, crypto, and Web3 technology. He launched a social-good NFT project featuring art created by his seven-year-old daughter during her recovery from her 16th surgery. Jarrett also hosts The Web3 Prof Podcast, where he has recorded over 65 episodes exploring the evolving world of Web3.

Jarrett is married with three children and has a wide range of passions. He's a musician, urban farmer, and outdoor adventure enthusiast, as well as a dedicated advocate for children with disabilities. In his free time, Jarrett enjoys beekeeping, traveling, and studying libertarian economics.
