Tom Lombardi

Tom Lombardi has over two decades of experience in capital markets and emerging technologies, most recently focused on bitcoin, DeFi and NFTs. Tom is an adjunct professor of finance at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, teaching Decentralized Finance in the Business School. He is currently the President of Network NFT Studios, a division of Network Media Group (TSX: NTE.V) focused on the research and development of media focused NFT projects. Tom was formerly a Managing Director at 3iQ Digital Asset Management, Director at Wave Financial, and Head of Growth for the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.

Tom started his career in investment banking and quantitative finance at Bank of America. After graduating from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University with an MBA, he worked at West Partners, a $500 million private equity firm.

Tom is an avid student of securities laws, financial regulations and market structures, particularly related to blockchain technology and decentralized finance. He holds the Series 63, 65 and SIE securities licenses in the US and the CSC in Canada.
