An optimized relay for interoperating between ledgers

Existing relay-based solutions in decentralized finance have rather limited performance optimization in terms of cost, speed, incentives, and privacy. To the best of our knowledge, there exists no relay-based solution that optimizes various aspects of performance, ranging from cost and speed to incentives and privacy. This research gap aims to fill this gap.
